Why do I need to register for an account?
Registering your account allows the Photocart to save your favourite photos and communicate with you to offer assistance.

Does it cost anything to register for an account?
There is no cost or obligation.

Will the pictures I select stay in my shopping cart?
Yes. Your pictures will stay in your shopping cart until you either place the order or delete them yourself. Open orders (meaning you have submitted your order) are deleted after 60 days if payment is not received.

Can I come to your studio to view photos from my event?
All photos are available at our viewing station on location during your event. Afterwards all proofing and viewing is done online only. All photos are edited. Only the best and sharpest are placed online.

May I order photos after a Gallery expires if I have the ID numbers?
Yes, you may still order photos after a Gallery expires, however an archive search fee will be applied to each photo.


FAQs: PAYMENT OPTIONS

What payment methods do you accept?
When you are ready to checkout you have the options of paying with your credit card through Paypal, paying with your PayPal account, or mailing us your payment in the form of a check or money order.
Orders paid by check are held for 7 days till the check clears. Orders pending clearing of an echeck through paypal are held till the funds clear. Then your order will be processed.

*International clients, no personal checks are accepted. Please pay by credit card or a postal money order in Canadian funds.

I do not wish to place my credit card information online. Can I give my credit card number over the phone?
No. We DO NOT accept credit card numbers over the phone. If you do not wish to pay with a credit card number online, then mail us a check or money order.

If I pick up my order, can I pay for it then?
Due to the custom nature of photographs, no orders are processed unless paid in full.

Please note: All NSF checks are subject to a $25 fee. Accounts are deleted and future services are denied those who have outstanding accounts.

FAQs: ORDER FULFILLMENT & SHIPPING

How long does it take to fill my order?
Most orders are filled in 5 to 7 days. Some Signature Products, such as Collages take up to 10 business days, Playbooks usually two weeks (14 days, depending on our suppliers schedule). These guidelines sometimes change during Holidays, long weekends, and peak sports seasons.

What is done to my photos to make them ready for printing?
All photos are cropped to show the action, slight adjustments to color and contrast are made, then submitted to the lab for printing. Should you wish for specific cropping of your photo, please inform us before we process your order.

How are my orders shipped?
All orders are shipped by Canada Post.

What are your shipping costs?
All orders are charged a flat rate of $5.00. Please note that some products such as posters and 11x14 or larger products have an additional shipping charge added. These items are shipped rolled in 1/4" thick cardboard tubes. Additional shipping charges apply for destinations outside of Canada.

Can I have my order shipped express?
Yes, you may have your order shipped express post. Please contact us in the event that you would like your order shipped other than regular post. Extra charges may apply.

Can I have my products printed without the ŠLensdude.com - cool sports photography on them?
All products produced by Lensdude.com will have our copyright printed on them in some form. All photos are copyright to Lensdude.com and their photographers. All products are custom and are copyright to Lensdude.com as the designers. We take copyright very seriously and initiate the appropriate steps to protect our copyright.


FAQs: PRIVACY

I do not want my photos on your website, what can I do?

Please understand, pursuant to the Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act (FOIP), and the Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA), games, practices, tournaments, performances, and other events are considered "Public Events" and that people attending those events do NOT have a "reasonable expectation" of privacy. Accordingly, we are not required to obtain verbal or written permission from those persons we take photographs of, or from parents or guardians of children we take photographs of.

We offer online ordering as a convenience for busy parents and have met with rave reviews!
Organizers for all events we cover inform all participating parties of our presence and services in their communications.

However, it is our policy to immediately remove or render unrecognizable any picture of any person who requests that their picture be removed. This may include a parent or legal guardian making this request of their child's photograph.

Contact us by phone and help us to help you. We will not deny this request.

These are the steps we take in complying with your request.
#1 Isolated shots of you will be removed completely.
#2 You will be rendered unrecognizable in groups shots.


FAQs: MISCELLANEOUS

I can't seem to log in.
Log in information is case sensitive, be sure you have entered it correctly. If you have forgotten your password then use the Password Reminder link and you will receive an email shortly.

Where are my photos?
Choose which category you would like to view, then the event.

If you have been granted access to a private gallery, log in first, then click on Private Gallery and enter the access code.

I have been sent access information for a gallery, what do I do?
Click the Private Gallery link. Enter in the access code on that page. If correct, you will be able to view the gallery.
